Our friends at the Homestead Plaza in Beatrice, NE have even named a special dish after the Hoof Man. Stop in sometime and try out the Cow Tipper Breakfast Special for yourself! It is a biscuits, hash brown, and gravy stack. Or check out their Facebook page!

Beginning in the spring of 1997 at Dairyland Hoof Care Institute in Baraboo, WI, Jason Stamp Quality Hoof Care was born. After six months of struggling with subpar equipment until the fall of 1997, Jason went to work for Davidson Hoof Trimming out of Marlette, MI. After two years and over 20,000 cows under the Davidson Hoof Trimming name, Jason and his family picked up stake and moved back to their home state of Nebraska, where in the spring of 2000 the business name was officially changed to Hoof Man, Inc. The rest, as they say, is history.

I grew up in the sandhills of Nebraska on a 70 cow dairy. After high school graduation in 1990 I joined the United State Marine Corp, where I served in Desert Storm. In 1992, I married my high school sweetheart, Jill, and in 1993 we welcomed our daughter, Mikayla, into our lives. After leaving the Corp in the spring of 1994, I move my family to Minnesota where I milked cows and did construction until finding hoof trimming. In the spring of 1997, I attended the Dairyland Hoof Care Institute in Baraboo, Wisconsin. After trimming on my own for 6 months I went to work for Davidson Hoof Trimming in Marlette, Michigan for 2 years. In the spring of 2000, I moved my family back to Nebraska and started Hoof Man, Inc. In 2002, we welcomed our son, Trevor, to the family. Now in 2015, we live on 80 acres in our dream home just outside of our hometown. I am so truly blessed with how hoof trimming has provided for us and look forward to begin trimming with my son in the summers and hopefully into the future.
